A lecture on the Indian economy was organized at Jamia Hazrat Nizamuddin University under the supervision of Naibera-e-Qaid Ahle Sunnat Allama Mahmood Ghazi Azhari (Director of Jamia Hazrat Nizamuddin). The special guest for the lecture was Mr. Sunil Kumar Singh (Dy. Superintendent of Police, Uttar Pradesh). Mohammad Intikhab Alam Niazi welcomed the special guest and gave a brief introduction, stating that the speaker would summarize years of study into the economy and its various aspects in a short time. It is evident that Jamia Hazrat Nizamuddin organizes such lectures twice a month, where experts provide information to students from schools on new topics, enabling them to strengthen and advance in their educational journey.

Mr. Sunil Kumar Singh, in his lecture, praised the economy as a social system of production, distribution, and consumption. He elaborated on various aspects of the economy, especially focusing on the banking system, finance commission, agricultural culture, budget, and human empowerment. He shed light in detail on the causes and effects of hunger, poverty, particularly with reference to the GDP of the country. He explained how GDP is determined, which components are crucial, and how the progress of GDP and development in other countries positively impact the residents of the country. He discussed all these topics in a very engaging manner.

The lecture continued for three hours, during which students had several doubts, suspicions, and questions, all of which were addressed satisfactorily. The students showed great interest and enthusiasm in listening to the lecture, and in this session, Mufti Ehsan Raza Hashmi (Principal of Jamia Hazrat Nizamuddin), Dr. Irfan Azhari (Professor of Arabic Literature at Jamia Hazrat Nizamuddin), and other professors were also present. Finally, all the honorable professors and students expressed gratitude for the guest lecture organized by the university.
